Trade three Indians for one liter petrol. Good proportion.
Here is the official data released from the Congress government which says, those who are living just on Rs.32 are not poor people, stated by planning commission in an affidavit in the Supreme Court. The government said, “the new figure of Rs.32 is a new poverty line laid down by Tendulkar Committee and adjusted for price rise.” The urban poverty index is Rs.32 and rural poverty index is Rs.25.
The Congress government wants to hike the petrol price to support the Indian petroleum lobbies who are the richest oil marketing companies in the world. In the same coin Congress is trying to lower the poverty line to a mythical figure to lower the poverty level in the good books rulers.
What a contradiction? What a paradox?
According to a 2005 World Bank estimate, 41.6% of the total Indian population falls below the international poverty line of US$ 1.25 a day. Of course, the reality of poverty index will escalate probably 50% more of the international poverty line which means the real poverty in India will rise approximately to 60%. We are talking about 700 million people from 1.26 billion Indians as per the census of 2011.
Congress is trying to lower it to show their achievements bypassing the realities, dehumanizing each India by getting away from their responsibilities of providing food, education and health. On the other hand corrupting India every possible way they can. Some examples are Common Wealth games, 2G scam and all other recent scams and land deals which bug every Indian today.
Just think, what do you get for Rs.25? A pavbhaji? A masala dosa?
Can a family of three or four survive on A pavbhaji? Or A masala dosa?
I feel, India is seriously heading towards anarchy. We have already witnessed the death knell of it in the form of Anna Hazare and team. Like what Karl Marx the proletarians will rise against the bourgeoisie of India not for power but for their natural right to survive. If the congress is not looking into it, they are not worthy to rule India. If Opposition is not listening to it, they are not with the people of India. And world’s largest democracy is just an eye-wash to make the rich richer and poor poorer as they have reduced the poor Indians cheaper than a liter of petrol.
So if we can sell the real poor people who are about 700million for a barter of approximately 230 million liter of petrol to oil rich countries.
A mere shame on Indian democracy! Mere shame of Man Mohan Singh government! Mere shame on every political party of the largest democracy of world!
A mere shame on you and me as Indians!
